Pinehaven Chestnut Farm is a family-run farm that is fun for all ages. We have been producing delicious fresh chestnuts for over 3 decades and throughout this time have made friends with families who have been coming year after year. We believe that taking time out from our hectic lifestyles to experience nature at its best, rejuvenates the mind, body and soul. Take a stroll down the fields, breathe in the fresh air and pick some chestnuts whilst you are there. Sometimes the simplest things in life can bring such joy.
Chestnut season runs from March - April every year, a 6-week season, so be sure to plan ahead and please always check our website and social media for the latest updates on opening and closing hours.
About Our Family
From One Generation to Another
Our family works hard to ensure your family will love their experience at Pinehaven Chestnut Farm. Dennis and Keiko Rex, together with their 6 children planted over 200 Chestnut trees 40 years ago. Not knowing what will become of the trees or the farm, we never imagined it would turn into what it has become today - a magical place that brings families and friends together. Today you will likely be greeted by one of the 11 grandchildren who have picked up a love for Chestnuts and welcoming new and returning visitors to our family farm.
